Auberge du Pommier is a French restaurant located in mid-town Toronto. There is easy access to the restaurant with plenty of parking around. Truly amazing place, with a pleasant ambiance and beautiful decor. Spacious and quiet, giving you an opportunity to dine and converse with your friends. We were seated inside, but we noticed a very nice patio for warmer days. The service was excellent and our waiter was attentive, making sure we had everything we needed, but considerate of our conversations.

The food was outstanding. Everything was tasty and perfectly cooked. The decoration and presentation were spectacular. Auberge du Pommier menu includes fixed or regular options. We opted for a regular menu and selected several appetizers and main meals to share among the four of us. For the appetizers, we selected Burrata, Foie Gras, and Tartare. All super tasty and unique flavors.

For the mains, we had Grilled Rib Eye Steak, Venison Loin and Wild Boar, and Monkfish. Absolutely perfect! As in any fine dining, the portion sizes are on the smaller side, but for the four of us, it was pretty filling. Looking back, I would perhaps skip the steak and try something else more unique.

Of course, to this deliciousness, you have to add some great desserts. We went for Souffle (with hazelnut cream) and Pomme (white chocolate and Riesling mousse). No complaints in this department either. And lastly, our bottle of Pinot Noir made this might a perfect dinner with friends. I would definitely recommend this place, and for me, it is truly a 5-star restaurant.
